Incredible Breakfast Bake

 


This cheesy potato biscuit bake is delicious with its flavorful ham, potatoes, and cheese all together with some amazing eggs! It’s super simple to put together and is done in no time. You can make it for any time of the year. It’s even simple enough to involve the kids!

This breakfast bake is the most delicious thing you can make. I have been in the kitchen for most of my life, and I’ve made a lot of breakfast dishes, casseroles, one pan wonders, etc. So, trust me when I say this one stands apart as one of the ones you will want to return to! I have friends and family who have requested and asked for this recipe, and yours will too.

Ingredient List
FOR THE BREAKFAST BAKE:
  • 1 can refrigerated flaky jumbo biscuits
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 cup cooked cubed ham
  • 5 large eggs, beaten
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
FOR THE BREAKFAST BAKE
  • Preheat oven to 350 oF. Spray 13×9 baking dish generously with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine cheese, milk, ham, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  • With kitchen shears or a sharp knife, cut each biscuit into fourths. Gently mix into egg mixture.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until eggs are set in the middle and the top is golden brown.
