BACON EGG AND HASH BROWN CASSEROLE

 


* Ingredients:

°1/2 pound of minced bacon
°1 onion, chop (1/2 cup)
°1 bag (30 ounces) grated and frozen country-style brown potatoes, thawed and drained
°2 C cheddar cheese (8 oz)
°1/4 C parmesan cheese
°9 L eggs
°1 1/3 cup milk
°1 pack (8 oz) sour cream
°1 tsp salt
°1 tsp mustard ground
°1/4 tsp pepper
° 1/2 C cornflake crumb breadcrumbs
°2 tsp melt butter 
 
* Methods :

Heat oven 350 degrees F . Sprayiing 13"* 9" (3 quart) glass-baking plate with cooking spray.

In 10-inch skillet, cook bacon and onion over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes, stirring, to bacon is crisp & onion is tender; Draiin on paper towels.  

In  bowl, blend bacon, potatoes, & cheese mix. spoon in baking plate. In the same bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sour cream, salt, mustard, and pepper with a fork or wire whisk until well combined. Pour over potato mixture.

Bake, uncovered, 35 minutes.   In  bowl, toss corn crumb & butter. Sprinkling ... Bake for 10 to 15 minutes longer
